Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'Suspended Field' (From Architect'S Brother, Kingdom) by Robert ParkeHarrison was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in October 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 8,190.00 (€ 7,031.85) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert ParkeHarrison - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Suspension, which sold at auction in April 2015 for USD 31,250.00 (€ 27,996.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'Suspended Field' (From Architect'S Brother, Kingdom) von Robert ParkeHarrison kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 8.190,00 (€ 7.031,85) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Robert ParkeHarrison mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Suspension beobachtet, die im April 2015 für USD 31.250,00 (€ 27.996,77) versteigert wurde.
