In March 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art | New York, which included the work Untitled (Composition 9423) by Robert Marc. The »bidding war« ended at USD 882.00 (€ 751.09), 47% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Marc achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2020 with an auction result of USD 44,062.50 (€ 36,878.56).

Im März 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art | New York durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Composition 9423) von Robert Marc zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 882,00 (€ 751,09) und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Marc erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 44.062,50 (€ 36.878,56).
