In April 2005 Christies in Melbourne held the auction AUSTRALIAN, INTERNATIONAL & CONTEMPORARY PAINTINGS, which included the work Near Cambrewarra, New South Wales by Robert Johnson. Other works by Robert Johnson have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of AUD 14,400.00 (€ 8,610.86) in August 2007 for the work Australian Bridge Street.
