A top price for Richard Woods - as previously expected
The work Personal History by Richard Woods was auctioned at Phillips in New York in November 2009. The price achieved of USD 60,000.00 (€ 40,016.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Personal History is the most expensive artwork by Richard Woods that we have observed at auctions so far.
