In March last year Christies in New York held the auction Contemporary Edition, which included the work The Fall by Richard Bosman. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,890.00 (€ 1,703.78), 58% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Richard Bosman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Chase, which sold at auction in July 2019 for USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,738.54).

Im März letzten Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Contemporary Edition durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Fall von Richard Bosman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.890,00 (€ 1.703,78) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Richard Bosman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Chase beobachtet, die im Juli 2019 für USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.738,54) versteigert wurde.
