The work La Volta by Rebecca Warren was sold in the Evening & Day Editions auction at Phillips in London in January this year. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 6,300.00 (€ 7,150.60), 26% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rebecca Warren achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fascia Iii in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 555,000.00 (€ 644,171.71).

Die Arbeit La Volta von Rebecca Warren wurde im Januar diesen Jahres in der Auktion Evening & Day Editions bei Phillips in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 6.300,00 (€ 7.150,60) und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rebecca Warren erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fascia Iii im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 555.000,00 (€ 644.171,71).
