Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work El abanderado (The Standard-Bearer) by Raúl Martínez was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September 2018. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,839.96). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raúl Martínez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rosas y estrellas in October this year with an auction result of USD 60,480.00 (€ 57,229.37).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit El abanderado (The Standard-Bearer) von Raúl Martínez wurde im September 2018 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.625,00 (€ 4.839,96) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raúl Martínez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rosas y estrellas im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 60.480,00 (€ 57.229,37).
