The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,089.75), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Randall Davey - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Hialeah, Going To The Post, which sold at auction in April 2013 for USD 40,625.00 (€ 30,851.31).
