Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Signo I by Pablo Palazuelo. It changed hands for a price of GBP 43,700.00 (€ 62,756.08) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 35,000.00 – 45,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pablo Palazuelo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Virtus Marin, Vi in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 301,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Signo I von Pablo Palazuelo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 43.700,00 (€ 62.756,08) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 35.000,00 – 45.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pablo Palazuelo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Virtus Marin, Vi im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 301.000,00.
