Auction result well in line with expectations
The work De Somnis Xliv by Pablo Palazuelo was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in October 2014. The price achieved of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 60,650.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pablo Palazuelo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Virtus Marin, Vi in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 301,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit De Somnis Xliv von Pablo Palazuelo wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 47.500,00 (€ 60.650,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pablo Palazuelo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Virtus Marin, Vi im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 301.000,00.
