Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Female Nude by Ota Janecek was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2006. The price achieved of GBP 264.00 (€ 385.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ota Janecek achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Stři´bra´k a ja´ : Andaluska´ elegie in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,752.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Female Nude von Ota Janecek kam im Mai 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 264,00 (€ 385,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ota Janecek erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Stři´bra´k a ja´ : Andaluska´ elegie im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.752,65).
