Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective, which included the work At Two Crosses (U dvou křížů) by Ota Janecek. The price achieved of GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,657.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Ota Janecek have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2016 the work Stři´bra´k a ja´ : Andaluska´ elegie was auctioned for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,752.65).

Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art: A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit At Two Crosses (U dvou křížů) von Ota Janecek zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.657,11) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ota Janecek konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2016 die Arbeit Stři´bra´k a ja´ : Andaluska´ elegie für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.752,65) versteigert.
