A top price for Os Gêmeos
In November 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin America: Modern Art, which included the work Amigo by Os Gêmeos. The »bidding war« ended at USD 162,500.00 (€ 153,853.44), 35% above the upper estimate. With this result, Amigo is even the most expensive work of art by Os Gêmeos that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Os Gêmeos
Im November 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin America: Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Amigo von Os Gêmeos zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 162.500,00 (€ 153.853,44) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Amigo sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Os Gêmeos, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
