A top price for Neal Tait
In February 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale (Morning and Afternoon), which included the work Varda by Neal Tait. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 18,000.00 (€ 26,684.35), 50% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Varda the most expensive artwork by Neal Tait that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Februar 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale (Morning and Afternoon) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Varda von Neal Tait zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 18.000,00 (€ 26.684,35) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Varda zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Neal Tait, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
