It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,723.44) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Michael Scott have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2004 the work The Bathers was auctioned for GBP 7,170.00 (€ 10,319.60).
