Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Melle was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2007. Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,200.00 (€ 5,383.58). Other works by Melle have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 10,755.00 in June 2003 for the work A bird on stilts.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Melle kam im März 2007 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.200,00 (€ 5.383,58) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Melle haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.755,00 im Juni 2003 für die Arbeit A bird on stilts beobachtet.
