In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale - Afternoon Session auction, the work Body Pressure changed hands for USD 15,120.00 (€ 13,395.94) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Matthew Day Jackson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Harriet (Last Portrait) in May 2010 with an auction result of USD 662,500.00 (€ 535,613.23).
