Auction result well in line with expectations
The work „Kopflandschaft“. by Marwan was sold in the Online Only 2020/2021 - Online Only 2 – 31.7.-16.8.20 auction at Grisebach in August 2020. The price achieved of EUR 625.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marwan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kopf. in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 262,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit „Kopflandschaft“. von Marwan wurde im August 2020 in der Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - Online Only 2 – 31.7.-16.8.20 bei Grisebach versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 625,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marwan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Kopf. im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 262.500,00.
