Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Table de nature morte by Marwan was auctioned at Christies in Paris in December this year. The price achieved of EUR 25,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marwan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kopf. in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 262,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Table de nature morte von Marwan kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 25.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marwan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Kopf. im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 262.500,00.
