Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 68,750.00 (€ 61,976.02). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Martín Ramírez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Tunnels and Train), 1950s, which sold at auction in January 2021 for USD 187,500.00 (€ 154,511.74).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Abstracted Landscape with Horse and Rider), circa 1960-1963 von Martín Ramírez kam im Januar 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion.
