Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Martín Ramírez auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Tunnels and Train), 1950s im Januar 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 187.500,00 (€ 154.511,74).
