In May 2008 Christies in London held the auction The Irish Sale, which included the work Still life with port bottle by Martin Mooney. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,950.27), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Martin Mooney have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 15,105.52) in May 2008 for the work Santa Maria della Salute from the Redentore, Venice.

Im Mai 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Irish Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still life with port bottle von Martin Mooney zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.950,27) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Martin Mooney haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 15.105,52) im Mai 2008 für die Arbeit Santa Maria della Salute from the Redentore, Venice beobachtet.
