Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Joe Russo & Associates by Mark Lombardi was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2012. The price achieved of USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,749.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mark Lombardi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bill Clinton, the Lippo Group, and Jackson Stephens of Little Rock, Arkansas (3rd version) in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 72,500.00 (€ 60,934.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Joe Russo & Associates von Mark Lombardi wurde im März 2012 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.749,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mark Lombardi erzielen.
