Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work Fuite by Marc Eemans for GBP 11,875.00 (€ 15,532.03). This price was achieved in the auction Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 14,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Marc Eemans have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in December 2014 by the work Kallomorphose V. at EUR 22,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Fuite von Marc Eemans für GBP 11.875,00 (€ 15.532,03) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 14.000,00 – 18.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Marc Eemans wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Dezember 2014 die Arbeit Kallomorphose V. mit EUR 22.500,00.
