Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bell II, 1-14 (04+05) by Manfred Pernice was auctioned at Phillips in London in June 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 13,930.18) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Manfred Pernice - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Kaskel Treff, which sold at auction in July 2021 for EUR 32,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bell II, 1-14 (04+05) von Manfred Pernice kam im Juni 2012 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 13.930,18) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Manfred Pernice mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Kaskel Treff beobachtet, die im Juli 2021 für EUR 32.500,00 versteigert wurde.
