Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'This island is safe' by Lukas Göthman was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year. The price achieved of SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,414.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lukas Göthman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Valid virginity in the middle of the night" in November 2010 with an auction result of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,745.01).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'This island is safe' von Lukas Göthman kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.414,49) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lukas Göthman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Valid virginity in the middle of the night" im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.745,01).
