A top price for Lukas Göthman - as previously expected
In November 2010 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary & Design, Stockholm, which included the work "Valid virginity in the middle of the night" by Lukas Göthman. The auction ended at the price of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,745.01), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 70,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, "Valid virginity in the middle of the night" is the most expensive artwork by Lukas Göthman that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im November 2010 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary & Design, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Valid virginity in the middle of the night" von Lukas Göthman zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.745,01) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 70.000,00 – 80.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist "Valid virginity in the middle of the night" das teuerste Kunstwerk von Lukas Göthman, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
