The work Dream Like Love No 6 by Li Wei was sold in the The Marino Golinelli Collection auction at Phillips in London in October 2007. It achieved a price of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,031.48), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Li Wei - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Freedegree Over 29Th Story, Soho, Beijing, 2003, which sold at auction in May 2008 for GBP 11,250.00 (€ 14,310.49).

Die Arbeit Dream Like Love No 6 von Li Wei wurde im Oktober 2007 in der Auktion The Marino Golinelli Collection bei Phillips in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.200,00 (€ 6.031,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Für andere Arbeiten von Li Wei mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Freedegree Over 29Th Story, Soho, Beijing, 2003 beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für GBP 11.250,00 (€ 14.310,49) versteigert wurde.
