Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 2,295.00 (€ 1,944.92) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lesley Dill - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Clothe my Naked Body, Poem Wedding Dress, which sold at auction in July 2014 for USD 8,750.00 (€ 6,534.73).
