Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2006 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Part II, which included the work Crooked Highway by Les Rogers. The price achieved of USD 14,400.00 (€ 10,858.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Les Rogers have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2007 the work It's All One Song was auctioned for GBP 9,600.00 (€ 13,786.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2006 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Crooked Highway von Les Rogers zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 14.400,00 (€ 10.858,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Les Rogers konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2007 die Arbeit It's All One Song für GBP 9.600,00 (€ 13.786,23) versteigert.
