Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2007 Christies in New York held the auction The House Sale, which included the work Solar Flame by Leonardo Nierman. The price achieved of USD 3,840.00 (€ 2,800.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Leonardo Nierman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2010 the work Aurora Borealis (Artic Sunrise) was auctioned for USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,598.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2007 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The House Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Solar Flame von Leonardo Nierman zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.840,00 (€ 2.800,67) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Leonardo Nierman konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2010 die Arbeit Aurora Borealis (Artic Sunrise) für USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.598,68) versteigert.
