Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lars Englund could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, this work without title changed hands for SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,555.57) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 18,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lars Englund achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Pars pro toto" in April 2013 with an auction result of SEK 140,000.00 (€ 16,394.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lars Englund konnte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.555,57) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 18.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lars Englund erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Pars pro toto" im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 140.000,00 (€ 16.394,29).
