Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lars Englund could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work "Communication III" changed hands for SEK 20,000.00 (€ 1,756.51) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lars Englund have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Pars pro toto" in April 2013 with an auction result of SEK 140,000.00 (€ 16,394.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lars Englund konnte im November diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wechselte die Arbeit "Communication III" für SEK 20.000,00 (€ 1.756,51) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lars Englund auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Pars pro toto" im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 140.000,00 (€ 16.394,29).
