The work Fissure by Kyle Morris was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2012. It achieved a price of USD 23,750.00 (€ 17,811.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 58%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kyle Morris - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pendant, which sold at auction in July this year for USD 76,700.00 (€ 69,600.73).

Die Arbeit Fissure von Kyle Morris kam im März 2012 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 17.811,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Für andere Arbeiten von Kyle Morris mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pendant beobachtet, die im Juli diesen Jahres für USD 76.700,00 (€ 69.600,73) versteigert wurde.
