The work Petit Bleu by Kumi Sugai was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March 2021. It achieved a price of USD 20,160.00 (€ 17,167.67), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 34%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kumi Sugai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work KAGURA (Sacred Music and Dance) in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 293,000.00 (€ 277,409.58).

Die Arbeit Petit Bleu von Kumi Sugai kam im März 2021 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 20.160,00 (€ 17.167,67) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kumi Sugai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit KAGURA (Sacred Music and Dance) im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 293.000,00 (€ 277.409,58).
