Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Immo by Konrad Cramer was sold in the Modern Discoveries auction at Sothebys in New York in March last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 16,380.00 (€ 14,766.07) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Konrad Cramer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abstraction in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14).
