Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work Self-Portrait with Classical Head, 1947; and Solarized Nude, 1938 by Konrad Cramer for USD 437.50 (€ 310.70). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konrad Cramer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstraction in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Self-Portrait with Classical Head, 1947; and Solarized Nude, 1938 von Konrad Cramer für USD 437,50 (€ 310,70) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konrad Cramer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstraction im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 89.694,14).
