Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cacti by Konrad Cramer was auctioned at Christies in New York in April this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 11,340.00 (€ 10,271.74) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konrad Cramer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abstraction in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cacti von Konrad Cramer kam im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 11.340,00 (€ 10.271,74) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konrad Cramer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abstraction im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 89.694,14).
