Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2013 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture, which included the work Willow Post Office, Woodstock, Ny by Konrad Cramer. It changed hands for a price of USD 28,125.00 (€ 21,358.60) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konrad Cramer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abstraction in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2013 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Willow Post Office, Woodstock, Ny von Konrad Cramer zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 28.125,00 (€ 21.358,60) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konrad Cramer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abstraction im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 89.694,14).
