This artwork by Kokuta Suda achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in June this year. In the Art de l'Avant-Garde à nos jours 1912 – 2092 auction, the work Sans titre sold for EUR 5,760.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kokuta Suda have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,205.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 92 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Kokuta Suda erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art de l'Avant-Garde à nos jours 1912 – 2092 wurde die Arbeit Sans titre für EUR 5.760,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kokuta Suda auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.205,98).
