Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2011 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work Le premier pas by Kees Verkade. The price achieved of EUR 37,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Kees Verkade have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2011 the work Casmira dansant was auctioned for EUR 49,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2011 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le premier pas von Kees Verkade zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 37.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Kees Verkade konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2011 die Arbeit Casmira dansant für EUR 49.000,00 versteigert.
