Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Kazimir Malevich was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2018. The price achieved of GBP 7,883,750.00 (€ 8,909,981.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000,000.00 – 10,000,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kazimir Malevich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Suprematist Composition in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 85,812,500.00 (€ 73,532,562.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Kazimir Malevich kam im Juni 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 7.883.750,00 (€ 8.909.981,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000.000,00 – 10.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kazimir Malevich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Suprematist Composition im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 85.812.500,00 (€ 73.532.562,13).
