Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Katja Strunz was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2017. The price achieved of GBP 2,375.00 (€ 2,707.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Katja Strunz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work WHITE SPIRITUS (BACKVIEW) in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 32,500.00 (€ 29,116.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Katja Strunz kam im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.375,00 (€ 2.707,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Katja Strunz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit WHITE SPIRITUS (BACKVIEW) im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 29.116,65).
