However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Justin Ponmany - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Staple agony - II (Plastic Memory), which sold at auction in June 2008 for GBP 109,250.00 (€ 138,095.66).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 44.147,03) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Justin Ponmany mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Staple agony - II (Plastic Memory) beobachtet, die im Juni 2008 für GBP 109.250,00 (€ 138.095,66) versteigert wurde.
