Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Green to Lilac" by Juri Markkula was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 85,000.00 (€ 7,777.83) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Juri Markkula have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2021 the work "IKB Ground Leaves" was auctioned for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,850.37).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Green to Lilac" von Juri Markkula wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 85.000,00 (€ 7.777,83) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Juri Markkula konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2021 die Arbeit "IKB Ground Leaves" für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.850,37) versteigert.
