Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.560,00 (€ 2.966,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 71%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von John Stanton Ward auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Annabel's, Study for The Founder Members im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.125,00 (€ 14.804,60).
