In October 2021 Christies held the auction Post-War to Present, which included the work Goldfish Fantasy, September by Janet Fish. The »bidding war« ended at USD 81,250.00 (€ 70,334.14), 63% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Janet Fish - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Five Bertolli Bottles, which sold at auction in July last year for USD 239,400.00 (€ 234,659.87).

Im Oktober 2021 führte Christies die Auktion Post-War to Present durch, in der auch die Arbeit Goldfish Fantasy, September von Janet Fish zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 70.334,14) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Janet Fish mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Five Bertolli Bottles beobachtet, die im Juli letzten Jahres für USD 239.400,00 (€ 234.659,87) versteigert wurde.
