Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Jan Hafström could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Skogsaltare I och II". changed hands for SEK 11,000.00 (€ 972.46) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Hafström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 4,000,000.00 (€ 450,194.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jan Hafström konnte im April diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "Skogsaltare I och II". für SEK 11.000,00 (€ 972,46) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Hafström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 4.000.000,00 (€ 450.194,77).
