Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jan Hafström achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Långsamt Farväl" sold for SEK 85,000.00 (€ 7,514.49) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Hafström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 4,000,000.00 (€ 450,194.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jan Hafström erzielte im April diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wurde die Arbeit "Långsamt Farväl" für SEK 85.000,00 (€ 7.514,49) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Hafström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 4.000.000,00 (€ 450.194,77).
