Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Brooklyn Bridge with New York Skyline by Jack Lorimer Gray was sold in the American Art Online auction at Christies in New York in May 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,575.30) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jack Lorimer Gray achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Running Before The Trades in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 145,875.00 (€ 170,262.25).

Die Arbeit Brooklyn Bridge with New York Skyline von Jack Lorimer Gray wurde im Mai 2019 in der Auktion American Art Online bei Christies in New York versteigert.
